  • How to delete your account

  • What information is deleted

  • What information may be retained

  • How long deletion takes

  • What happens to organization-owned information

  • How to export your data before deletion

  • Subscription considerations

Deleting your account is permanent and may result in the loss of information that cannot be recovered after the applicable recovery period.

Before You Delete Your Account

Before permanently deleting your account, we strongly recommend reviewing the following.

Export Your Flight Records

Your Army Flight Logbook account may contain years of aviation history.

Before deleting your account, consider exporting:

  • Flight records

  • Flight reports

  • Aircraft summaries

  • Currency reports

  • Company reports (if applicable)

  • Uploaded documents

Once your account has been permanently deleted, this information may no longer be recoverable.

Download Uploaded Documents

If you have uploaded:

  • DA Form 759s

  • DA Form -12 records

  • PDF documents

  • Images

  • Other supporting files

download copies before deleting your account.

Organization Accounts

If your account belongs to an organization using Company Management:

  • deleting your personal account does not automatically delete organizational records that the organization is required to maintain;

  • your access to the organization will be removed; and

  • organization administrators may continue to retain operational records in accordance with their own policies and applicable laws.

Frameworks Holdings LLC does not control an organization's independent retention obligations.

How to Delete Your Account

You may request deletion through one of the following methods:

Option 1 — Within the Application

Navigate to:

Settings → Account → Delete Account

Follow the confirmation prompts to complete your request.

Option 2 — Contact Support

If self-service deletion is unavailable, contact us at:

To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing your request.

What Happens After You Request Deletion?

Once your deletion request has been verified, the process generally includes the following steps.

Step 1 — Identity Verification

We verify that the request was submitted by the account owner or an authorized representative.

Step 2 — Account Deactivation

Your account is disabled.

This prevents future sign-ins while deletion is being processed.

Step 3 — Active Data Removal

Information is scheduled for removal from active production systems.

This may include:

  • Profile information

  • Flight records

  • Aircraft

  • Flight tags

  • Preferences

  • Uploaded files

  • Authentication credentials

  • Notification settings

Step 4 — Subscription Processing

If applicable:

  • subscriptions may be cancelled;

  • future renewals will stop after cancellation is processed; and

  • existing billing records may be retained where required by law.

Deleting your account does not automatically guarantee refunds for previous purchases.

Please review our Refund Policy or the policies of Apple, Google Play, or Stripe, depending on where your purchase was made.

Step 5 — Backup Expiration

Deleted information may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period until those backups naturally expire according to our backup lifecycle.

Backup copies are maintained solely for disaster recovery and operational continuity.

What Is Deleted?

The following information is generally removed from active systems when your account is permanently deleted.

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Profile picture

  • Flight records

  • Aircraft

  • Flight tags

  • User preferences

  • Notification settings

  • Uploaded documents

  • Authentication credentials

  • Device associations

What May Be Retained?

Some information may be retained after account deletion where permitted or required by law.

Examples include:

Billing Records

Accounting and tax laws may require Frameworks Holdings LLC to retain financial transaction records.

Security Logs

Security logs may be retained to investigate fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.

Support Conversations

Customer support conversations may be retained to:

  • resolve ongoing issues;

  • comply with legal obligations; or

  • improve customer support.

Legal Obligations

Information may be retained if necessary to:

  • comply with applicable laws;

  • respond to lawful government requests;

  • enforce agreements;

  • resolve disputes; or

  • protect the rights of Frameworks Holdings LLC and its users.

Anonymized Information

Information that has been permanently anonymized so that it can no longer identify an individual may continue to be retained for:

  • analytics;

  • product improvement;

  • performance measurement;

  • statistical reporting; and

  • research and development.

How Long Does Deletion Take?

We strive to process verified deletion requests as promptly as reasonably possible.

Actual processing times may vary depending on:

  • account complexity;

  • organization membership;

  • legal requirements;

  • backup schedules; and

  • active support cases.

Some information may be removed immediately, while other information is removed during scheduled maintenance or backup expiration cycles.

Can I Recover My Account?

If an account has only been deactivated and not yet permanently deleted, recovery may be possible.

Once permanent deletion has been completed, recovery may no longer be possible.

Because deletion permanently removes important aviation records, users should export any information they wish to keep before submitting a deletion request.
