Uploaded Documents

You may upload supporting documents such as:

  • DA Form 759s

  • DA Form -12 records

Why?

To support record keeping and documentation within your account.


Payment Information

Payments are processed through trusted payment providers.

Army Flight Logbook does not store complete payment card numbers.

Depending on your platform, payments are handled by:

Frameworks Holdings LLC does not sell your personal information.

Can I Delete My Information?

Yes.
